ABOUT: Emma first came to yoga as a way to improve her surfing. However, with over 1000hrs of yoga and bodyworker training now behind her, she is more passionate than ever about using yoga as a complementary therapy and practice. Emma established Ocean Flow Fitness over 4 years ago, and through her studio she offers a blend of yoga and mixed movement practices. Emma’s classes combine Western anatomy and physiology studies with ancient Eastern philosophy and medicine. This arms students with the tools to better understand their own unique bodies and minds and create a personal practise that helps them to find their very own, Ocean Flow.
