SUMMARY
These terms and conditions apply between you, the User of our Stand Up Paddleboard Services. Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they affect your legal rights. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of our services.
In these terms and conditions, User or Users means any third party that accesses our services and is not either (i) employed by Island Feather Limited and acting in the course of their employment or (ii) engaged as a consultant or otherwise providing services to Island Feather Limited and accessing the service in connection with the provision.

Stand Up Paddleboard services are delivered by Island Feather Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with registered number 10238342.
We care about your experience! Before you book with us we need to ask a few questions to ensure that we have all the information to prepare us for your visit.

In these terms and conditions, User or Users means any third party that accesses our services and is not either (i) employed by Island Feather and acting in the course of their employment or (ii) engaged as a consultant or otherwise providing services to Island Feather and accessing the service in connection with the provision.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services, and by using the service and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
BOOKINGS - All sessions must be booked online using our website.
PAYMENTS - We are a cashless business and will not accept payments in cash. We accept all forms of card payments including American Express. Full payment must be made in advance of your session.
LOCATION/ ARRIVALS
We operate at multiple locations and will send confirmation of your meet point prior to your session.
Please do not attend your booking if you are displaying Covid-19 symptoms or have come into contact with someone displaying symptoms or diagnosed with the virus.
We do not offer any changing facilities or toilets, so please arrive 5 minutes before your booking start time and be ready to meet your Island Feather instructor.
Our services allow time in-between lessons to allow for disinfecting of equipment and social distancing measures.
Please do not touch any equipment that has not been allocated for your booking.
WHAT TO BRING & WEAR
Clothing: Clothing suitable for the conditions that can get wet such as leggings, shorts, lightweight top, trainers
Other essentials appropriate for stand up paddleboarding in the conditions: This includes, but is not limited to: Water, sun tan lotion, Cap, Sunglasses, Phone, Waterproof Bag etc. Note no liability is accepted by Island Feather for the loss or damage of personal belongings taken onto the water.
DEPARTURES
Once you have finished your session we ask you leave promptly to avoid overcrowding.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
We must receive notice within 7 days of the commencement of your booked session, after this time we cannot guarantee a refund of your payment. We are committed to our service, however safety comes first. We monitor the weather closely to ensure that we can operate under safe conditions. If the weather conditions do not satisfy our standard operating procedures, we will notify you. We are not responsible for the weather, therefore refunds are not given due to adverse weather conditions.
EQUIPMENT - We take great care when it comes to your safety, therefore if equipment is included in your booking it is regularly checked for damage and aesthetic degradation. Any obvious lack of care, misuse or mindless behaviour that results in our equipment being damaged, will result in a fair charge being issued. If you discover any of our equipment is faulty, please report it to a member of staff prior to the start of your activity otherwise you may fall liable for charges associated with the damage. It is the responsibility of the person using the equipment to report any damage caused during the activity. By participating in an activity, you thereby agree to take responsibility for and pay for any damage caused by improper use. When making your booking it is implied and accepted that you have read and understood the booking conditions. If you are liable for damages to the equipment we will charge on completion of your booking duration.
HEALTH & SAFETY
All customers must complete and sign our activity safety information form to acknowledge and accept the risks involved with taking part in our services.
All customers must be able to swim 50 meters and be confident in open water.
All customers must be physically fit. Anyone with a medical condition must seek medical advice before participating in our lessons.
If you are perceived to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs, you will not be permitted to undertake any activities.
All customers must undertake our safety briefing on every occasion that they attend activities with us. This is to ensure everyone is made aware of the skills they will need to cope with the weather and environmental conditions of the day.
Island Feather reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone considered to be unwell, under the influence of alcohol or drugs or if deemed to cause harm to him/ herself or any other individual within proximity.
CUSTOMERS WITH DISABILITIES: If you have a disability or medical condition please contact us to discuss your needs and we will do our best to help by working with our instructors to assess your individual needs relative to the activities. We must also be informed of any medical conditions (asthma, epilepsy, deafness etc) any participant has.
INSURANCE: All participants must be aware of and accept the risks associated with outdoor activities. Stand Up Paddleboard services are delivered by Island Feather Limited with £5 million public liability insurance. Details are available on request. Participants are strongly advised to arrange their own personal holiday insurance to cover cancellation and personal injury. Island Feather is under no liability whatsoever in respect of loss or damage to property, however caused.
PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOS:
We can take photos and videos during the sessions on the water so that you have a memory of your SUP experience. If you do not wish to have any of your photos taken or placed on our digital platforms, please let us know in advance of your session beginning.

When making a booking you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. These are available to view at any time on our website. You will be automatically added to our mailing list to receive occasional offers and news. You can opt out from these emails anytime using the 'unsubscribe from this list' link at the bottom of the emails.

Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms and conditions will: (a) limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury resulting from our or your negligence, as applicable; (b) limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) limit or exclude any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law.
We will not be liable to you in respect of any losses arising out of events beyond our reasonable control.
General
You may not transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions to any other person. We may transfer our rights under these terms and conditions where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.
These terms and conditions may be varied by us from time to time. Such revised terms will apply to the Website from the date of publication. Users should check the terms and conditions regularly to ensure familiarity with the then current version.
These terms and conditions together with the Privacy Policy contain the whole agreement between the parties relating to its subject matter and supersede all prior discussions, arrangements or agreements that might have taken place in relation to the terms and conditions.
The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to these terms and conditions and no third party will have any right to enforce or rely on any provision of these terms and conditions.
If any court or competent authority finds that any provision of these terms and conditions (or part of any provision) is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision or part-provision will, to the extent required, be deemed to be deleted, and the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of these terms and conditions will not be affected.
Unless otherwise agreed, no delay, act or omission by a party in exercising any right or remedy will be deemed a waiver of that, or any other, right or remedy.
These terms and conditions will be governed by and interpreted according to English law. All disputes arising under these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Are there minimum age requirements to enter the event?
You must be 18+ years to attend.
I havnt done Stand Up Paddleboarding before, can I attend?
Island Feather sessions are aimed at beginners and will teach you the basics of Stand Up Paddleboarding alongside SUP Yoga, Mindfulness & Meditation.
What do I wear?
Wear yoga/ fitness clothing that you are happy to get wet. E.g. Trainers, Leggings, Shorts, Vest Top, T-shirt.
What to bring?
Change of clothes as you will get wet, towel & water.
